2000 - Parent Holding Company established

A private investment management firm specializing in the acquisition and operation of expanding businesses across various sectors such as Business Services, Wholesale Distribution, Manufacturing, and Construction. Currently, we hold significant stakes in numerous companies spanning various states.

2011 - Evolution of business operations

As an acquirer, we have successfully consolidated various companies, raising capital and providing financial support. 2019 - Company launches 2nd Group Investment
